Friday 20th June at 7.30pm. The AGM is an opportunity for you to hear from 1st Malden’s Trustees. It’s a compulsory yearly meeting that has to happen within 6 months of the end of the charity’s financial year and where the Scout Council appoints their Trustees.
There’s a formal part to the AGM but it isn’t a lengthy or tedious meeting and we have found that holding it during our Family Quiz night works well. It’s an opportunity to celebrate what 1st Malden’s young people have done in the past year, to thank the volunteers who have made it happen and find out what plans we have for the future!
